Awning use is not covered on rentals -- any mishaps or damage is all out of pocket cost to lease holder for replacement / repair. Replacement costs on awnings can run around $1500

 Minor cleaning is required after your stay is over - cleaning supplies and list provided in units - a cleaning fee of a minimum of $75 will be charged for any required cleaning that was not completed by tenant after stay

We enforce a minimum age of 25 for each lease holder. Furthermore, the lease holder must be staying in the unit.

 When towing one of our units all drivers must be at least 25 years old.

When towing one of our units, you must provided proof of insurance that your liability extends to the unit in tow.

When towing one of our units, Van Ko Campers must approve the vehicle as well as the hitch setup. • If either is inadequate when you come to pick up your unit, Van Ko Camper Rentals has the right to revoke your rental and keep the security deposit. If you are concerned about your vehicle and the hitch, please contact us to setup a time for us to inspect prior to the rental date. We offer complete hitch and sway bar systems at a rental rate of $35 for your trip.

All units have a check-out time of  11am at local campgrounds with the we-tow delivery option.

There is a 1:00pm return time for any self-tow leases. Exceptions may be made in advance to the rental going out, but is not guaranteed

Check-in time at local campgrounds is 2:00pm or later. The camper is not guaranteed for delivery until after 2:00pm (Army Corp of Engineers check-in time).  Early arrival may be granted but not guaranteed, and must be discussed ahead of time.

Payment information for the Security deposit of $500 for campers required upon booking

All paperwork  must be returned signed to Van Ko Camper Rentals within one week of booking

If your four-legged furry family members (dogs) are coming along, make sure you also send a non-refundable fee of $75/non-shedding dog or $125/shedding dog. All dogs must be leashed at all times while on our premises. For the safety of your pet and others, we will not permit any leash free roaming. Not every unit is pet friendly. Dogs allowed in Catalina and JayFlight with the appropriate pet fee paid in advance. No dogs in the Coleman Travel Trailer, the Jayco Travel Trailer, the Alpha Travel Trailer, Salem-Lite,  or the Salem Travel Trailer - no exceptions.

Total rental fee is due no later than one week (7 days) prior to the rental date. Failure to do so may result in a forfeit of your deposit and rental unit.
